I get nearly all my vitamins online from Swansonvitamins.com. I've tried several types of Omega 3 fish oil. The cheap ones gave me a lot of gas. I now use the Carlson, which work fine. The better fish oils tend to be expensive. Here's the link:

These products MUST be good, Frankie Avalon uses them! Well, he is the spokesman for OROSINE, which is one of their products. I figure if this stuff is good enough for Frankie, it is good enough for me!

If you get any "extra" taste at all, which is rare, it is a bit of a lemony taste. I like the Res-Q products.

I've been taking fish oil for years and have tried many as well. After much trial and error, here are my two favorites:

The one I use exclusively now is the Omega RX (the second link). They are very expensive but you get what you pay for when it comes to fish oil. These supplements are so pure you can't smell a hint of fish and you get zero fish burps, gas, etc.

Most fish oil supplements aren't pure so they are cheap...which is why they give you fish burps and the like.

I used the Jarrow ones for years. I have confirmed they are pure but compared to Omega RX, they still aren't as good as you can smell a hint of fish and I got the occasional fish burps from them. The good thing about them is they are cheap (but still very pure).

I use Carlson's Norwegian Cod Liver Oil (1000 mg). It is as pure as they go, the cell caps are large but I have not choked yet. I buy this and all supplements, personal care items and even oatmeal from Vitacost. I also take flaxseed oil it makes a good salad dressing.

I've been taking Schiff MegaRed Omega 3 Krill Oil, but they are quite expensive. There's not fishy aftertaste (not a huge fan of fish so this is important to me)

I suggest you look into Krill oil, that has a lot more benefits than the omega-3 oils found in fish oil. I was taking wild Alaska salmon oil until I found out about Krill oil.
