Ray, little red dots on your skin can be ANYTHING! It could be an allergic reaction to something (anything for example, I cant cut laurel bushes for that reason) or a flea bite from a flea that jumped from your dog to you. It can be a spider bite or the start of shingles. Heck, it could be a mosquito bite or the beginnings of something much more serious. If it is something that is not normal for you and you are worried about it, then I would say ask for an expert opinion from someone who can look at it directly and who knows about these things. If it is nothing then it will give you some peace of mind, if it is something that needs some extra help to get rid of then you will have expert help doing that.

I have lots of little red dots on my abdomen and asked about them and was told not to worry about them unless they got big or painful. Are you on a blood thinner?

Ray: It's either nothing or alien abduction marks. Seriously, read the below. I guess a blood thinner could make these small dots more likely to occur but it is not usually a serious condition.

Pretty common stuff. If it gets any bigger and starts to grow I would see a dermatologist. Otherwise it's very common. I have a few.

Not to derail his thread but has anyone here every had Subjunctival hemmoraging of one or both of their eyes? Some call it bleeding eye. It occurs as a result of the conjuntiva being ruptured.

Scary and ridiculous stuff, this thing just happened to me a few days ago,.............

After starting Pradaxa, I rubbed my eyes one night, the next morning my eyes were bright red. Horrifying!

Surfrat, I've had the same thing happen several times. Always the same area and same eye. Coughing or sneezing can cause it too.
