Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group

Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

Hello my friends,

Well, its finally over. I came home on Saturday. Very sore and on a lot of meds, but doing pretty good considering. I have a follow up visit on Monday Aug. 4 with the surgeon & will get pathology results.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers. I could feel them, and they gave me strength.
