Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

Thanks very much for the great report regarding your successful ablation. It is really fantastic. I am glad you are enjoying life (specially running) again. Keep it up.

There will be such a day for you too. You are just going through some bumpy road. You will get to the smooth part of the road soon. Just keep your chin up, you will get there :-) Things will work out for you too.

I always thought that the best part of this group was hearing peoples successes. That could mean Scott managing his afib by diet for 10 years, Surfrat surviving a shark bite, Petey playing full court basketball for 90 minutes and the list goes on and on.
Your successes always provided me with hope and inspiration to increase my success in managing afib.
Thank you all.
