Did I read your post correctly; you are now in NSR after being in a-fib for at least 1 months? Can you feel the difference?

Do be careful, I know your body says when you have taken too much magnesium (diarrhea). So no problem with mega doses there. As far as potassium goes I was under the impression that you have to be careful (but I dont know). I looked up hawthorn. Are you taking any prescription medicine; hawthorn has some major interactions. But it sounds like the hawthorn has done what it is supposed to do lower your blood pressure (and if you happen to have tapeworm it would take care of that too! ;-))!

Great news Tony! I hope you have found a plan that works for you and continues to work for you! I am with ATP on the potassium, need to be careful with that one. Walgreens has mini lab called Theranos or something here and it is very cheap to have your levels checked. 20.00 bucks or less. They also take private insurance and is way cheaper than the popular labs like Sonora or Lab Corp. Ask your Natro for the forms so you can keep an eye on your mag and potassium levels. Not sure where you live but there seems to be a Walgreen's at every corner here in AZ. Good luck!

I went 3.5 mos NSR....them boom, it appeared out of the blue~

hi waiting for my portable ekg machine off ebay ...bp and heart rate staying down .......I go in and out of nsr hard to tell cause I never feel anything ..use my bp kit to check heart beat

Tony, Can you use your fingers to check a pulse either on your wrist or carotid artery. I tune into my pulse and can tell if I am in afib or not.
Sometimes it is a faint beat and I have to press down a bit. But it is either a steady beat beat beat.. or I can definitely tell if it is irregular.....afib..
