Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.
We are all in the same boat. while doing things right helps people with symptoms, and maybe slows progression of any heart issues, they really can't cure afib. You are persistent, right? If you don't feel anything, that's 90% of the battle. If you have addressed the cause, in the words of Yogi Berra, that's another 50%.
Ask your doctor what level weight lifting you should do and then do it.
Not sure why you are taking calcium. Magnesium and potassium are more popular with afibbers. Sometimes Taurine.

Your list of meds seems reasonable to me. The important thing is if your B/P and heart are controlled, and if your blood sugars and A1C are good on these meds.
Why, Ray?
Latest finding are that calcium can be bad for males (not females). I couldn't find the right article. I think it was in yesterday's news online.
