Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

As you mentioned Vitamin K is the reason behind the INR reducing effects of certain foods. There is a website called nutritiondata.com that lists Vitamin K levels as well as every other nutrient in foods. I have found this site to be very helpful.
i interpreted my list as i could eat all i want on foods from the 'thins' list. but have to be consistent with eating foods from the 'thickens' list. if i understand you correctly, one can eat from the thickens list as long as it is balanced with something from the thins list. did i get that right?
