I use a homedics blood pressure monitor that I bought at Walgreens. I normally use it occassionally, but when my cardio increases my dose of flecainide, I check my BP and pulse once in the morning and once at night for about a week to make sure I am not having an adverse reaction to the dose increase. I use a polar heart rate monitor with chest strap when I exercise, to monitor my heart rate while I walk/jog. Exercise tends to trigger an episode of AF so I slow down my pace when my rate gets too high.

I use a polar heart rate monitor. I put it on when I exercise or if I suspect anything is going on with my heart.
There are a lot of different brand. It has proved accurate for me. I was wearing it the first time I went to the ER, I knew something was wrong.

I use the OMRON HEM 712C mainly only when I'm experiencing AFIB. I'm aware of when my heart beat is irregular and aware when it returns to NSR and monitor it during that time. So far it returns to NSR within 8-16 hours.

I have a wrist type LifeSource which I use daily. My routine is to switch on the computer then take my blood pressure first thing each morning. There is a heart symbol that appears if I am in arrythmia.

I use an OMRON monitor, but it is several years old. When looking to purchase something new, I usually go on the internet and find the ratings on all the new equipment. There are several sites that do that. You just have to be careful not to use a sponsored site.

Usually do not check too often. Maybe once or twice a month. Will check more often when having an Afib event.
