Pamdidi have you told your doctor about that? What does he/she think? Occasionally I have FELT faint but have never actually fainted. Usually, when I feel bad during a-fib I usually feel like throwing-up (but Ive never done that either thank goodness)
I think it would be best to speak to your doctor about your symptoms get an expert opinion.

I feel quite Light headed....I don't feel as tho I am going to faint tho.

I would feel lightheaded sometimes when I was in AFIB, and on 11/25/2013 I passed out completely while in AFIB ...syncope. This can be one of the results of AFIB, but there are many other factors. Dehydration is often behind this.

I feel hyper from the elevated heart rate. Then very tired afterward.

Since discontinuing BP pills I no longer feel faint or lightheaded in AF. I just feel tired and have an irregular HB between 60-90. I have asymptomatic bradycardia. My normal HB is in the 40's and 50's.

I never used to in the beginning, but sure do lately. It's like darkness creeps in around the edges and at times I'm right on the very precipice of fainting, but haven't ever actually done so. I also get very short of breath, nauseated and seem to be in the bathroom more often as well. I swear the medications I'm on have only made symptoms worse, and I'm really looking forward to getting off them.

Yes I did. And like you I had fainted many times. When I did faint I too was found to be in v-tach (was wearing a heart monitor at the time). You need to let your doctor know. When this started happening to me I was put on the fast track for an ablation.
