For the benefit of those of you that may be new DS members here or those DS members that may have missed or forgotten this infamous milestone in DS history.

I just thought I would revisit the origins of PinkLover. As her name comes up every now and then in jest in many posts by various members, and it's 'kinda rude to go on about someone that others may not have a clue about.

She (PinkLover) was responsible for one of potentially many private DS message solicitations here on DS. Seeking companionship, love and financial support (aka: lots of money). Not necessarily in that exact order - but you get where this is going.

I was led to believe that she contacted me initially (originally), but I'm not exactly sure how many others she may have attempted to seduce or prey upon here attempting to take full advantage of their vulnerabilities.

There's a lesson to be learned here. Be careful who you trust via DS messages and DS emails as their motives may be less than genuine and borderline criminal. Identity theft, and a variety of other invasive practices are usually the motivating factors in online correspondences such as this.

Avoid communicating with suspicious individuals, specially those with suggestive or risque names like "Lover" or "Pink" etc. It's safe to assume that this color reference is a ploy/technique intended to seduce and not a reference to Salmon which happens to be high in Omega-3 and often consumed by those of us afflicted with AF.

So please beware and warned. I would also suggest that you should be careful who you hug or hug back - as there are alot of internet viruses going around these days (IMO). Just sayin.'
