Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.
When things didn't go so well after my 1st ablation and I thought I had made such a big mistake and big bad me had my little breakdown in the ER, my Mother was there helping and assuring that every thing was going to be ok, that she was going to make every thing ok. And it is. My Mother raised four boys on her own and back in a day when this single Mom was trying to put food on the table and we were going thru tough times, we always had each other and we had our Mom, so it was ok. My Mother is the smartest, strongest, most loving person I know. So on this Mothers Day I wanted to honor her on this site with all you great people and say Happy Mothers Day, Mom, Thank you for everything! I LOVE YOU! I'd also like to give a shout out to all the Moms on this board. Happy Mothers Day!
I join you in wishing a peaceful, Happy Mother's Day to all the :) Mom's out there. Also, may we all stay in NSR We need to spend every moment we can with the ones we love. Life is short, so I wish good health and happiness for everyone. Enjoy!
