for me asthma is controling my life and is slowly killing me. and i know how hard it is to get along when an asthma attak comes. how does anyone know how to keep brave druing an attack.

i understand where ur coming from... ive had asthma for 5yrs .... still not controlled so yes my asthma controls my life too... cost me friends, family, a relationship that lasted nearly 17 yrs... sometimes its just too much to deal with... for me asthma attacks r routine... the hardest thing for me is trying to deal with attacks themselves i think it get easier to " put on my ' brave face' " when im closed up and fighting to breathe... i think u just do it... i dont know where it comes from sometimes its just there... most times its not

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
