Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.
Well, better out than in (in regards to ranting). It will be okay but I agree, it isn't getting easier. Don't let it get to you, though, okay? Keep that great sense of humor close to you. It will help you get through life.
Wow it sounds like you have been dealing with one thing after the other for quite some time. And you are absolutely right, all you can do is the best you can. I have problems when I go to public places. I guess with allergies. all of a sudden i'm sneezing and blowing my nose like crazy but as soon as I leave the place, i'm fine. I had never suffered from allergies before in my life, this has just started happening in the last couple of years.
And please don't apologize for ranting, that's why we are here. Most of us have done it at one time or another Glad you got it off your chest. I hope things are better for you. Take care!

Health problems can get very frustrating. You have made tremendous progress with your other health issues and I'm sure you will get a good grip on your asthma too. High blood pressure and diabetes are clear cut. There are general guidelines for each of us who encounter these diseases. With asthma, what works for me will most likely not work for you. It makes it hard and frustrating to say the least.
Rant a way to a better day!!
