Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.
drinking alot of water and doing the swish and swallow. always rinse mouth out after using the inhalers too, that causes it
I take my medicine right before bed, and then brush my teeth, floss, and wash my mouth with mouth wash...

Get on a 7 day strong program and then daily take at least 15 to 20 billion CFU's. You need to make sure you are taking the kind that is refrigerated because if it is not the strength is diminished.
Here's the kind I take when I do a 7 day program. Ultimate Flora Super Critical 200 billion CFU's by Renew Life the Digestive Care Company. It needs to come refrigerated and stay refrigerated. It's not cheap but it is worth it. You will feel better all around and you get rid of the thrush.
Hope this helps.
