Well, does taking a multivitamin everyday count? For immune system boosts, I get the flu shot (got both flu and pneumonia this year), and drink echinacea tea (mixed with peppermint).

No, drinking tea, taking vitimins and getting a flu shot, though perhaps helpful for some, do not count in this respect.

This consists of various medical methods of manipulating the immune system usually through a series of injections or intravenous infusions.

I triied immunothearpy a few years back and had 2 bad reactions so I can do longer have that option

My daughter take immunotherapy drugs. she has injections and iv course of immunosuppressants. the main reason she has this is to try and reduce her steriod use but this is not proving very good just now.

ive had it for over a year.
there was one specific kind that worked for me but they stopped making it because it was too expensive. i tried another kind after that but results didnt prove as good so i stopped.

my immunologist is going to try me on another one soon. hes looking up more info on it
