Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.
I also have exactly the same problem with phlemg. i ave had allergies all my life but not asthma until about 3 years ago where i have constant phlem dripping down my throat and sometimes it s easy to get rid of but sometimes it makes me cough badly when it s stuck in my lungs and makes me wheeze at times.
i am not one very fond of medicine so i have been taking is 1800mg of vitamin c once aday and also garlic oil in the form of capsules twice a day, and i really have a noticed a difference as i have a lot less phlemg and it has also got rid of my cough.
so give it a try and i am sure you ll see results within 1 to 2 weeks.
Best of luck.
