Could be your trigger for asthma is also giving you sinus problems. I used to have headaches that lasted for weeks when I was going to work every day. Try a menthol cough drop to see if it gives you temporary relief from the headache. If it does, it's probably a sinus headache.

Mine are always at night, and I mean every night. Some are worse then others. I end up in ER quite often this time of year. Cold weather is really bad for me. I live in So. Cal. didn't think it got cold here LOL. Anyways, it may be that you do your most physical activity during those times, and that could cause the problem. May I suggest starting a daily journal. I was just diagnosed with asthma 5 years ago and it has gone from bad to worse for me. Today I can barely walk at all.... The daily journal will help not only you to prepare you for each day as patterns will start to show, but the Dr. will find it very helpful too. Good luck.

if you have a headache, in my experience it probably means you're not breathing well. i'm assuming that you're using albuterol often too? why not take albuterol at 2, to prevent breathing problems? it might work - you never know. =)

I had a Doc Appt yesterday, he said, if your Sinus acts up it will cause an Asthma attack, so I started using a Nasal Spray, allergy pill and Mucinex, all over the counter, might help you, it does me. I do use a Nebulizer every 6 hours (Abuterol). Hope you feel better.

Had new PCP appt on Fri. Fri pm worse migraine. Had to take a maxalt, which was new script thankfully or would have been er. Saturday got worse. Sunday in Urgent Care with Nausea, Light Headead, Dizzy, Total Loss of Appetti. They said to see PCP right away on monday, pcp said ok see you on Wednesday. Already had first appt with allergiest on thurs. Saw pcp on Wed he shrugged his shoulders, "eh, allergies, see the allergiest, but I will also refer to neruo, goodbye". Say allergiest on Thur, like this guy. Says biggest problems is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease and maybe why some docs been dismissing asthma. Now on

For a solid 48 hours and I don'tknow if it's meds or what but I feel like a whole new man, stil sick as hell, but a whole new man on the road to recovery.
