attack triggered by allergies

I'm allergic to all animals and i've been staying with my cousin who has a dog. I've been sneezing a lot all week/stuffy/itchy watery eyes/thick-feeling throat. I guess my body had enough of 5 days of dog dander, because my chest is tight and I've been coughing all day :( I love them but I'll have to leave soon.

you need to get some alligries med. try to stay away from things that make your alligries act up. i know no one like have them.

I cant go near rabbits or any straw or dust. Its best not to storke an animal you are allergic to. I love horses and when I was young used to offer to help out at stables but I couldnt do it because of the straw. I couldnt groom either. Anyway the chemists recomend the anti allergy pills. I never used to take them much but I never see a horse nowadays. Just try the different remedies,its all you can do.

yes. unfortunately, this happens. my husband get awful asthma attacks triggered by cat allergies. my mom has cats, so i always have to make sure to have him pop a few benedryl before we go there and even then we can only stay for an hour or so. my mom usually just comes to visit us!

i have heard this being really common with dust mites too. i dont have asthma, but i have bad allergies (like, currently on 5 years of allergy shots and just had nose surgery bad) and dust mites are murder for me. i use this spray that is kinda like fabreeze, but it doesnt leave a perfume and kills dust mites. its made a BIG difference for me. i use it every time i change the bed sheets and vacuum.

    On Saturday, while I was at yard sales with my best friend, my lawn guy texted me that he did my lawn.  This costs me $70 every two weeks or so.  I don't have great grass so sometimes, he skips.  Anyway, I paid him on CashApp when I got home.  On Sunday morning, he texted me again, to say goodbye because he was moving.  My little thinking cap went on and I thought about how I am healthier...
