Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.
Try to start a journal of your symptoms. You will be able to see a pattern. Mine is triggered by allergies, cold air, too much humidity, too little humidity, perfume, strong scents, cigarette smoke, vaping or e-cigs, running or too much activity too fast. Also eating too much too late in the day triggers me to be short of breath. Also stay away from those scented plug ins, I cannot breathe with those. Scented candles, or fragrant items such as room sprays are a no no. Car smells are also a no no. I will get a red chest and wheezy. I use fragrance free body wash, shampoo and face wash and lotion.
Also if you have allergic asthma get a report of the local pollen count. Even if it looks nice outside, it could be a high pollen count. I was having a hard time one day doing anything and it turns out the pollen count was DOUBLE that day. I also get allergy shots weekly, which sort of helps.
Hope this helps!
Here is the pollen website.

I'll try yoga and drink lots of hot water.
Eating cloves also helps me alot in breathing properly.
