I know that the boards have been divided and that this is probably not the right board for posting about my son, but I don't remember where the new board is, so.....
Right before school started I posted about aspergers and bullying. Well, Josh has started 7th grade and he seems so much more confidnet this year and seems to be handling the other kids really well. I think it's in part to my own personal improvement with my depression, but I don't want to take all the credit. Josh has made a lot of headway and even found a funny way to "get back at" one of his tormentors. I think he's going to do really well this year. Thanks!

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I think there are about 3 or 4 member groups for spouses/ families of Aspies and i have a member group for people who are Aspies/ Auties themselves.

Bravo to you both. If he were my son I'd be proud of him.
My niece is 23 and she was homeschooled. She took up art and psychology at the U. of San Diego. She lives there.
Her facebook page is Sara Millett. I think she's very pretty but I confess I am partial lol. She's pretty smart , creative too. You can see her videos, writings on there. She's really into Vampires.
I wish you and your son my best.
Im glad to hear your so is doing well!
