Asperger syndrome - also referred to as Asperger's syndrome, Asperger's, Aspergers or just AS - is one of five neurobiological pervasive developmental disorders (PDD), and is characterized by deficiencies in social and communication skills, normal to above normal intelligence, and standard language development.
If so called linear people are of pack animal mentality. I take it people with Aspergers or others on the autism spectrum are not.
Would like validation/disagreement on the above statement.
Confused? I have Aspergers and I'm a person who has no inclination to be others. Most times.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
It could be argued that "normal people" are alot less linear than people on the spectrum. People on the spectrum are characterised by black and white thinking, rigid routines, an inability to break from routine and adapt or to multi-task. Therefore it is the people with autism who are linear by any test.
People with autism are still part of the pack as it were. Just because they lack social skills it doesn't mean that they would not want to be part of the pack - and wanting to be normal shows that they at root are also pack animals.
