Asperger syndrome - also referred to as Asperger's syndrome, Asperger's, Aspergers or just AS - is one of five neurobiological pervasive developmental disorders (PDD), and is characterized by deficiencies in social and communication skills, normal to above normal intelligence, and standard language development.
I'm sure that many of you, like me, have a very hard time doing things that we do not want to do.
This time the thing that's been plaguing me is exercise. I know how important it is. I know that it is extremely helpful for managing stress and anxiety which is common for us. I've started and stopped god knows how many times. I'd love to get to that point where I love it and thrive on it, but yeah not even close lol.
I guess my question to all of you is, what do you all do to get and/or stay motivated to exercise?

When I get home from work, there is zero hope of me working out. I'm home, and I'm done for the day.
Do a living room workout. Dumb as it sounds, you don't have to go anywhere, pay an arm and a leg, and they are not very long. The hardest part for me is getting up. Once I get up and put the proper clothes and shoes on, there's no turning back. :)
