Hi all

Am new to this section. But not New to this condition , dealing with this for life and now it's worst. On my butt daily, especially the mornings.

Done xray last year and it shows Artrithis touching my low spine. I know my weight hinders it. And so tough to do anything.

I was wandering if anyone taken tart cherry juice ? For pain . It shows great reviews on Amazon. Which I plan on getting it this weekend at gnc.

Any help or input would be grateful..thanks.

I don't know about the tart cherry juice but if you're looking for a Homeopathic Remedy you might look into Glucosamine and Vitamin E capsules. In the beginning, long, long time ago I used this remedy for about a year and a half with great results. Of course, as the arthritis got progressively worse so did my need for stronger meds. I hope you find something that works for you.

Thank you all for your input... I had brought a bottle on Sunday and since then,...It is working so far...It reduces the morning sharp pain ...but not out of the woods yet...I am taking 2 tbsp each night and will continue on taking this juice for a long time! I am pleased with it..

2 tbs of braggs apple cider vinegar (with the mother) mixed with 8 oz of water and 1 tbs of raw honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon is another
but watch the youtube video of dr wallach and arthritis for true relief

Is there any benefit to eating dried cherries? And.. how are you mixing the juice?
