My arthritis is in my left hip, lower back an knees . My neorotin isnt working well. I try to walk 3 miles a week. What should I do? Jion a gym, or what else. I also have bipolar. This is hard. Help! Anyone. I will try to help u
in it for better absorbtion . I think Life Extension is a good company although there are other good ones. I also added MSM
it does not get rid of the pain but is definatly better. Chronic pain is hard to live with.

seems there is no magic thing to get rid of the pain. However every
little thing helps.
