Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
It has been a week since my knee was feeling funny. I just put a runners strap around it for one day thinking it would support the knee.
I was wrong, this entire week has been awful. I am fine if I lay on the couch and put infrared heat (all day) on it I am able to walk without pain for a short period.
It is not the knee it is the tendons on the side of the knee. been taking vitamin d, calcium and magnesium, wobenzym, and ibuprofen.
Today I need to stand for 3 hours without sitting down, my doctors appointment is not for 2 weeks. I am also an auto immune patient.
Will get tumeric and vitamin d3- any other thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

If you have a tendon problem, you might want to ask your doctor for an MRI of your knee to see what is going on.
