Hello everyone I was here a few years back and then just stopped coming ...but I am back....I have osteoarthritis in my right hip .I was in so much pain I could not walk ...it too 5 very long years to be diagnosed and treated....2 days ago I had an ultrasound guided cortisone injection in the hip....I really tossed this over in my head an I finally decided the side effects of the cortisone are worth it for a few month pain free....the dr said it could take up to 5 days to work but as soon as the freezing came out I felt amazing.....I have to stay quite for a few days I do have to move but only to get the cortisone into my hip.....I feel amazing....they say I am too young for hip replacement ...I am 54 "
