Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
The last couple of days have been really painful. We have been cold cold cold here as I know a good portion of Washington has. The cold always makes it hard to even want to move. My entire neck, back and torso are really killing me today. Why cant they make a portable heating pad as big as the ones you plug in?
HMMMmmm......maybe a good invention in the works?

It's the up and down temperatures too that causes me more pain.
I joke with my husband saying I wish there was a whole body suit you can wear that you can heat up. I have so many areas in my body that hurts. But ya know Electricity and perspiration...not safe. Lol
