Awoken from sound sleep on Mon early am with the most severe numbness, tingling and pain on my left arm from shoulder down to my fingertipsw. Decided I better go to my GP. He said he thougt it was CTS but if it happened again he would refer me for tests. I apply pain gel on my hand/arm and so far it has heled some. Anyone elst suffer with CTS? If it is not one thing it is another.
I had CTS many yrs. ago for several yrs. I used a Hand Splint every night and it was controled. When the numbness and pain woke me up, I could put the splint on with my eyes closed,LOL. I don't recall the pain up to my shoulder, I do remember the painful hand!
