Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
I have arthritis in both knees. Recently, however, I have been experiencing a hot, searing pain in my knee. It even feels warm on the outside. Is this something I should have checked out, or do I chalk it up to more arthritis pain??
