Also, the very idea of tornadoes scares the shit out of me. I've lived through floods and snowstorms and had some bad lightning storms but you couldn't pay me enough to live in tornado alley. :(

I use to joke when people said they couldn't understand how I could live somewhere so cold with so much snow. I'd reply yeah well we might get a lot of snow but at least when I leave my house in the morning I can be reasonably sure it will still be there when I hey home...then we got an F3 tornado in June that stayed on the ground for 30 miles and destroyed lots of homes and a literal ton of trees. 4 people died too...
