Here's a real easy one but you need a crock pot. I've brought it to parties and pot luck lunches/dinners and it always goes really fast. If you have a large crock pot it's easy to double or triple it for larger crowds.

Barbecue Kielbasa
1 pkg. Kielbasa
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. beer
1/2 c. brown sugar

Slice Kielbasa. Add barbecue sauce, beer, and brown sugar. Cook in crock pot for 6 to 8 hours on low heat. 6 hours is usually best or sometimes it gets too mushy.

Does anybody across the drain like corned beef?

I do, just made some last week. How many packages of kielbasa and I'd it fresh or smoked.
