I have memory and processing issues. Growing up I always had problems with vocabulary and compehension. After surgery it got worse. My memory isn't just forgetting. I also will commit to something or tell someone something and they would tell me I forgot, but to me I never told them I would do that or say that. I know that I had no headaches when I awoke from surgery , but about 2 weeks after had headaches again for about two weeks. They are gone again.
