It's triplets...yes, TRIPLETS. I am beyond overwhelmed, shocked, happy, nervous, scared...everything at once. I was not expecting this at all, I was not prepared to hear those words. We heard 3 heartbeats and all 3 are measuring as they are supposed to. I have to go back next Wed for another ultrasound and then again after that for a 3rd ultrasound. The RE says that there is a chance in triplet pregnancies that that you will lose a heartbeat from one week to the next, so we will just monitor for now.

OMG!!! WOW, Wonderful news!!! That's amazing, so happy for you! I hope those little heartbeats all continue to beat and grow strong! Remind me again..how many embies did you transfer?? Congrats!! xo

Thank you! We transferred 3. But I was not expecting this at all because it took us 3 IVF's to finally get pregnant with my son and back then we also transferred 3 each time and none stuck the 1st 2 cycles and only 1 stuck on the 3rd (my son)...so I was not expecting this at all. I'm just completely overwhelmed.

Wow, overwhelming but awesome! So special that you got to hear all 3 heartbeats. Let us know how you progress.

JmeP - Congrats. We will give you a few days for that information to set in. That would be a surprise. As I too transferred 3... Hoping for a big outcome.. What was your first beta??? Mine is 171.. Im so happy for you.. Take it in and enjoy...

Thank you ladies.
Indgirl...my first beta was 391, second 6 days later was 3700. We transferred 3 not at all expecting more than 1 to stick considering my history but here we are. We will see what happens and pray for the best. I am truly happy but very nervous right now.

We transferred 3 on 5/21 and I did get a BFP yesterday. I am still hoping for at least 2, but will take whatever is in there for the taking... I would be nervous as well.. Thats alot to take in..But Im sure in the end it will all work out for you. I cant wait to watch your progress... :)

So who knows what surprise I may get at ultrasound.. I go on Friday which at that point I will be 21dp3dt... Do you guys know what they can see at that point. I know they are measuring the gestational sacs. But would they be able to see how many implanted???? I sure hope so...

Jmep - how far along were you when you were informed of your status with triplets?? Just curious at what point they can see each thing with the babies...
