I have been seeing a psychologist since November for anxiety attacks brought on by constant thoughts of having a heart attack, I then actually have an anxiety attack, then I think I'm going to have a heart attack and it's an awful awful loop. So basically it's anxiety with a little OCD and hypochondraisis. It is not affecting my work in any way but I can tell that it keeps me in the house a bit more and I am very hesitant when traveling since I don't really like to be away from my neighborhood, doctors and hospitals - though I do always travel and never stay home. Does anyone suffer like me?

I used to. Panic attacks and not being able to breathe:terrifying. I had panic attacks with other symptoms and being Epileptic I often did not know if it was epilepsy or a panic attack. All this was due to a major emotional and physical breakdown in the early '90s. I still have traces of symptoms when i get into a stressful situation. That is not often though now.

im having similar things, i have bad health right now, and my anxiety is making me overthink it and think im going to die, and bringing on uncomfortable scary symptoms....im hoping to get help with this....i have had bad chest pain too and also feared its a heart attack but EKGs say no....i just hope i get relief soon, its been a nightmare

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
