Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
Keep a daily journal to help you sort through your words, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and balance.
The more you take control of the words and thoughts and distract the usual pattern by doing breathing and gentle motion exercises, the easier you find your calm balance naturally.

My own lifelong dance with anxiety, etc., has been intense enough that a single or even dual source of support is not enough to manage my symptoms. I need a support network. Both my husband and my pros have been valuable in finding and maintaining my stability, but the support of mental health peers who live with similar symptoms is priceless.
This very website is one of the nodes on my peer support network. I hope it serves you as well as it has served me. Welcome aboard.
Hope you find stabilizing companionship here. Perhaps sharing here about the challenges of returning to work might help?
Still, the healing value of doing so is beyond measure. It is hard, but the gain is well worth the pain. It is getting easier every time I do so. Keep venting and sorting, Sickn. Your answers are in there.
Gentle support while you sort.
I hope you feel better soon. Praying for you that God will give you peace and you will overcome this tough time.
I had my first panic attack in several years a few weeks ago and my doc has increased my medication so I'm hoping I'm just adjusting but I'm on edge all day and wake up at night in panic . I have benzos but try to work through it without them , Not sure if I should just take them?
