I was on lexapro for a short time but I'd experience pretty regular nightmares, I was sure that the lexapro was making them much worse. So I was recently weaned off of them. I have trouble sleeping so I decided to try over the counter sleeping pills, which can be addictive. I enjoy how they make me feel at night but I'm wary of addiction.
Now I kinda put up with the lack of sleep. My sister recently had a baby so now she's as much a contribution to my lack sleep as she is a beautiful bundled up distraction from everything else.
It isn't easy letting go of a fear, when you figure it out drop me a line :P
There are many people here who can help you through it though, always remember that.
I have found that anxiety is what happens when reality hits my bubble. it hurts, but unfortunately my bubble has to burst. I have to grow and expand and engulf reality like a superamoeba. I have to become bigger. And the attacks, if I go through them without wrecking anything, make me bigger.
