the laughing at sitcoms;

We also did an exercise were we had to feel, smell and peel a lemon and finally taste it, I had a physical reaction to it I salivated when I bit into the imaginary lemon, the point of the exercise was to show you the power of your mind and we have much more control over anxiety than we think.
All these skills should be practiced when where not having anxiety until we get the hang of it.
Im sure youll find a lot on mindfulness on the net if you look it up.
I am finding these techniques helpful.
