Now I just have to remember this
Yep totally agree with everything thas been said and i can back this up right....
My other half (eff that phrase is just so not enough its not even funny) Brit and I both suffer with anxiety and get this right, trust me YOU DO NOT KNOW a couple more into eachother, what we got is effing enormous and anxiety can even close US down.
BUT (and i proved this this very weekend) Not even anxiety will keep us apart for long.
Its not the argument, disagreement, whatever the eff you want to call it that is important. All that is, is an opportunity, for you to see, with your own damn eyes, that when you love someone, really love someone, you just cant, wont, live without them. Walk away if you need to, the important thing is wether you come back and how quick you do it. NO COUPLE in the whole effing world will live harmoniously like all the time.
ESPECIALLY, if one or both has anxiety. It just wont happen.

Why is anxiety so sneaky that it tries to make me believe that my relationship is causing the anxiety not anxiety causing anxiety.
Yes there are times he triggers anxiety but he doesn't intend to. Sometimes when I have been worked up with worry for a period of time ANYTHING can make me anxious. Today he asked if I will be able to have kids because I'm getting older and I could feel myself start to get anxious. Thankfully that was really small and nothing I had a reason to worry about. But it's little comments he says that just come out not meaning harm that make me anxious. ( on a non anxious day I would have been able to brush that off with out a thought)
