Does anyone else here find when it is really humid their anxiety sky rockets? It always has with me and I don't really know why? Any ideas?

hi...i myself am anxious about all kinds of weather to the point i only go out if i have to..summer i worry about fires... fall im worried that the leaves will fill the grates over the sewer systems and cause flooding...winter, i an terrified of the snow,accidents being snowed in power outages etc...spring, i worry about all of the flooding from the snow melt off and all the rain...im just a mess...i dont know how i make it thru each day, i wouldnt if it wasnt for my hubby giving me strength..thank you for sharing this post...i hope you find some relief... my relief is Xanax

That is good you recognize some of the reasons for your anxiety. I can't pinpoint it for me. As soon as I went outside today with the humidity my anxiety just spiked. It has happened for years. I just can't figure out why.
I am on Seroquel and Ativan for my anxiety and Cymbalta for the depression.

your so welcome...im on Abilify,wellbutrin,celexa,xanax, resperidone prazosin for mental issues....and im on morphine gabapentin hydrocodone for my pain from NF2,...and vesicare for incontinence

my cocktail helps but i still fight with my anxiety especially now because i have an SSI hearing next week ...im scared shitless

I can imagine your anxiety with your SSI hearing. I don't know how that works for you guys. I'm in Ontario and it is a different system.

I am going through court hearings again because my loser XH has stop paying his court ordered child support. He wants it drastically reduced from the small amout he already pays. If he gets away with it my kids and I are in HUGE trouble. I'm already having serious financal problems and not enough money in a month.
