Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
You didn't exactly say yes. And when you said 'I just let it happen'... That generally means you didn't exactly want it...
But this is only one opinion. So you don't have to believe me. But this is just what my thoughts are. I'm sorry if you do consider it as rape. I'm here if you need though. :)
I think you should have a serious conversation with your "friends with benefits". You need to define some rules that you are comfortable with if you would like to continue this type of relationship. Respect is #1 on those rules. And if you say no, that means NO! That doesn't give him the right to start kissing your neck and trying to seduce you when you already said you did not want to. I also am very alarmed by the fact that he brought his friend with him? THis is very very strange to me and makes me worry he told his friend about you and what you guys do and was going to "share" you or thought his friend could get "in" on the action. Was his friend just watching? This is very VERY strange to me and is a BIG RED FLAG! I would personally end the relationship after that experience and cut off contact.
I think you are brave for reaching out and asking for support with something that made you feel like "something was wrong". Usually if you feel like something isn't "right" or it feels "wrong"...it probably is. Listen to your gut.
They apologized, but they could be manipulating you, as well. Most rapists know that when this happens, the person left a victim will question whether or not it was their fault despite enjoying it physically.
I would talk to a professional, but if you are asking this question, you should be considering the situation from an outside perspective. You didn't say yes, and that is the major point that factors into something as serious as rape. DON'T LET THEM MANIPULATE YOU EITHER!!! Be strong, stand up for yourself, and don't be afraid to tell someone what happened.
