Happily, my anxiety has not been to high today but it's increasing the more I see how my low vitamin D is effecting me. I feel like I can barely function and I'm tired all the time. Has anyone else had there anxiety and depression increase due to low vitamin D? I have also been reading information about magnesium+ calcium 2:1 ratio helping anxiety and depression. Has anyone tried this or have info? I am really afraid to take all this new medicine (as I have stated so many times) so has anyone had any good effects with herbs, teas and things of the like? Sorry, I feel like I'm ranting. Thanks.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
