then I would research all i could on tremors, anxiety and also side effects of Lexapro....medicine can actually make some things worse for some or make a new illness...but forsure you need to report this to doctor....I sure hope you get answers here....I love this support group
I have had tremors for at least twenty or so years and they increased with stress, depression and silly choices in mates
Have you been evaluated by a neurologist..a lot of my tremors turned out to be a medical problem called "essential tremors"...I was already on a med for neurpathy that just happened to also treat this dx. Once I was able to get on the rx'd dose for the neuropathy, the tremors also improved...
I still get them kind of badly with extra stress or fatigue but at least now I know it's more than "just" anxiety as I'd been told too many times.
Have you been checked for a vitamin deficiency as well?? Not trying to tell you what to do, but if you are deficeint in something, that can be
contributing to things as well.
I had to ask for that blood work after being told one to many time it was. "just" anxiety.
Some of the meds, as hotdogalice said, can make things worse, I've also had that happen with AD's I've been put on. Research on rx'd meds is always a good idea, the printouts you get with the meds don't include all the possible side effects as a rule.
