Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

have you ever had one of those days that just feels weird for no real reason that you can think of? Well i'm having one of those days right now.. For a while during the early afternoon it felt a little less intense but now as it's getting closer to the late afternoon, I feel it more strongly.. It doesn't feel like anything is "bad" or something is going to happen.. It just feels "out of sorts" I guess.. I think this has to do a huge amount with my OCD and the weather changing.. It's nice and spring-like outside currently.. Maybe I'm thinking too much, maybe I have too much on my mind.. I could be overwhelming myself.. Does anyone ever have a day where it just doesn't "feel" right?

yes, I will feel "out of sorts". Sometimes it is a migraine coming on or I end up getting very irratible for no reason. Something real little will all of the sudden set me off. So when I feel "weird" I try to be more aware of my reactions to other and try to be patient. I usually end up withdrawing to save everyone around me from having "deal" with me later but I don't really know the causes either.. I think there are a lot.. stress, weather changes, who knows. Good luck and try to find some quiet time for yourself today.

Yes, and sometimes your right and sometimes your wrong. Just be on alert. It could just be anxiety.

I felt the same way today - it was also warm and spring like today where I live. Sometimes, when the weather changes drastically, I get like this. I just feel a bit on edge and a bit uneasy.

I have actually layed down and felt so anxious like something bad was going to happen. Fall asleep, then wake up in the middle of the night with a attack! I thought maybe my blood sugar was low when I first woke up, but idk. Its frustrating!

I dunno, i guess it got better over the course of the day.. my OCD probably was acting up.. I feel ill today though! My stomach feels queasy from the car ride.. I used to get motion sickness really bad but I thought that it had gotten better recently.. I have a headache and I STILL feel queasy from the car ride back home.. :/ Should the symptoms of motion sickness even last this long? Does it have anything to do with me not eating much today? The warmth of the outside? I just don't want anxiety to kick in about this queasy feeling.. because last night I felt queasy too from eating too much ice cream... I know that but i'm starting to "what if" think and it's leading to bad places..

I have felt this way before too. Just last month it started. I was just feeling weird. Everything looked weird too. Just scanning everything. I don't know what it was or is, just a weird feeling.
