And I also look at other people and think "how can they be so happy and carefree?". Must be nice. I'm very rarely relaxed and "carefree".
There always seems to be something for me to think about and analyze so I am never really totally concentrating on what I'm doing in the present moment.
Any suggestions of what may have helped you?
Now, I'm unable to do that deep focus on the present moment all the time, but my goal is try to do it during that cd. Maybe some year I can actually incorporate it more into other aspects of my life.
I also believe that worrying constantly produces "worrying" hormones or stress hormones continually flowing through my system. If I work at just doing the meditation, maybe it will stop those stress hormones for that period of time and little by little, I can release more relaxing hormones that one has when they truly are happy (however limited amount of time I've ever felt happy in my life). Bring my body into more of a harmonious balance, ya know?
