Your body needs food to have energy. It is a long time between dinner and breakfast. If you are dieting, a piece of brownie is not sufficient for starting your day.
Look up blood sugar on the internet. If the tiredness continues consult your doctor if you are on medication.Good luck
It may be a fluke, but if you have a family history of diabetes, I'd get checked out. I'm diabetic and when I eat too many carbs that shoot my numbers up....the first thing I want to do is sleep.
I'm not a doctor so I can not diagnose you. Your doctor should be able to run a simple test to check you out.
In the meantime, regardless if you are diabetic or not, good eating habits help with so many areas of your life and is worth doing so.
Since I am eating better and more often, not only has my blood sugar, weight, and blood pressure gotten under control......my anxiety has left me as well.
