Breathe...into a paper bag if necessary and this will slow your breathing. Try to relax your body and realize that you are having a panic attack. You're thinking/worrying too much on something (s).
Getting your thoughts outside your mind is a good first step. Writing it down and talking about it with a trusted person is a good step. If you're a Christian, talking honestly and openly with Jesus about what is going on, and asking Him for guidance is the First Best Step. And listen. Build a closer relationship with Him so that you turn to Him first and foremost. Look for how the Holy Spirit is helping you right now...like getting support online. I like Psalm 91.
Gather personal support in your environment and don't isolate yourself. It is said 99% of what we worry about never happens. Your emotional turmoil and what is overwhelming you, have 'workable' resolutions, but you first need to settle down and get out of panic mode.
Those are some immediate things to get started. I said a prayer for you and I hope God blesses you during this time.
