Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I had the awful feeling of something being in my throat. Sometimes it felt like a lump, and made it feel harder to swallow. My doctor discovered that I had GERD (acid reflux) and a hiatal hernia. Both can get worse when our anxiety is high.
They also have a hiatal hernia group here. Here's a link from the Mayo Clinic.

Best of luck to you!
1) take both hands and push your fingers into your solar plexus (just beneath your breast bone where your rib cage meets in the middle. make your fingers stiff and push in pretty good and then massage downward toward the belly button. Then massage the area just under your ribs, and then do the first part again. push the fingers in the solar plexus and drag them downward. you need to relax your belly as much as you can.
2) when you have a fullish belly, drink a couple glasses of water first if you have to. then relax your stomach as much as you can. Sstand on your tip toes, relax belly, then quickly drop down onto your heels. do this several times, and do step 1 in between.
hiatus hernia is when your stomach has slipped up through the diaphragm where only the esophagus is supposed to fit. Then the diaphragm tightens up and the top of your stomach is trapped there. Doing these 2 steps will help get it back out. You may need to do it several times a day as bending over, straining, having a bowel movement can force it back up.
Let me know if it helps please.
