Some things that should help are: crying, praying, deep breathing, make yourself eat, drink lots of water,get some exercise every day.
Grief is a process, there are some good books that can help you understand and get thru this. An excellent one is by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross and explains 5 stages of grief. It's been around for decades.

when I get panic. I pray alot and take clonazepan and Paxil. Drink lots of fuids.
It is all normal for you to feel this way after a loss.
