Also because I have a lot of stomach problems, I know that it is always good to drink plenty of fluids, so don't stop that. But drink more than just water, drink Gatorade, chicken/veggie broth, and water. You want to make sure your body is getting nutrients and electrolytes. And trust me I know where you're coming from when you say food is completely unappealing, but keep trying to eat it. Do things like dry white toast, saltine crackers, light soups and so on. Your body is most likely just really not used to food, and stressed, so when you fed yourself it kind of went into shock, and that's why you're having diarrhea. That's what my body did to me after a long time of not eating. Just because you have kind of done this before and not had diarrhea doesn't mean that's not why your body is doing this. Like I said before, there is no rules to how our bodies react.

Definitely try this stuff, but still also try going to see a doctor and getting a professional opinion. Try not to worry to much. It is most likely just stress. I really hope you get feeling better soon, and I'm sorry this was so long :)
Also I thought I had had diarrhea, But it turns out it's just wet flatulence, Which I think is grosser.. I've never had that before I don't think and I don't know what would be going on to make that happen to me now :(
