Have a good day

Whether you are on meds or not, making adjustments to your attitude means a lot. Anxiety comes from worrying about past or future, irrational worry. When you learn to take on a better attitude, and learn to live in the moment, things will get better. Slwoly but surely, you'll start noticing change.
Do feel good things, exercise, spend time with family & friends. Don't isolate yourself, be KIND to yourself like you would a child.
The simple things in life are the keys to recovery. You have to find out what those are (in your life), and learn to enjoy them, apprecaite them, and realize the world doesn't revolve around "us".
It's all there waiting. I've found it in my life, you have to find it in yours. It's all rather simple, but to someone anxious, it seems like a huge task. Don't look at things as a "task". Appreciate the small things, and be thankful for them. Believe in yourself, be true to yourself, and learn to love yourself.
Hugs,
LeAnne
